Reflections of your actions

Reflections of your actions

Sharing is caring!

I was doing some research for some writing I am doing on relationships and I came across the following quote, “A woman becomes a reflection of how you treat her. If you don’t like how she is acting, look at how you’re treating her.” To me, the quote seems obvious. If you treat someone kindly, they are likely to react in kindly matter as well. The truth, however, is we don’t often think about what we’re doing. Let’s take an example from Hollywood movies. In a typical romantic comedy, both the man and woman are caught up acting for themselves even though they have an interest in the other person. The writers make sure it turns out to be funny and in the end, the couple comes together. In real life, it doesn’t often end that way. Do you remember I wrote a blog about “heartworms?” That probably represents a relationship that did not go well for you. And most likely it is a reflection of how you treated the person. Today think of how you are treating someone you are close to or want to be close to.

” I am a writer and as a writer, I do not neatly fit into any category. I have written magazine articles, feature news articles, restaurant reviews, a newspaper column, and several book length nonfiction projects aimed at people interested in particular health problems for foundations and companies. As to novels, I have published some Kindle novels.”
