I enjoy Pinterest and every morning in my email there are some things to look at. I found this saying this morning, “A wedding ring goes on the left ring finger because it is the only finger with the vein that connects directly to the heart.” I think the mind of a writer is bizarre. I immediately thought of the story after reading this fact. It would be about someone whose love has left them. They cut off their left ring finger with their wedding rings still on it as a final severing of their connection to their love. Is that bizarre? What do you think?
