It was pointed out there was a problem with Chapter 4 as posted. Something very strange happened to the very last line in the chapter in the conversion from a Microsoft document to a PDF document. I first tried just converting it again, but that led to the same problem. I finally just retyped the last line and then it converted properly. The computer must’ve seen something in that last line that I couldn’t see and made some interesting changes.
I want to thank those who pointed out this problem to me. I always look at the first couple of pages when I convert a chapter to a PDF file. Now I know I have to look at the entire file and not just the first couple pages.
