Should you be charged with murder or manslaughter?

Sharing is caring!

I saw an interesting question posed yesterday. It starts with two facts. You have refused to get vaccinated against Covid 19. Your elderly mother is living with you. You catch a case of Covid 19 that is documented by your doctor. Your elderly mother, who has not been outside the home in a couple of months, also catches Covid 19 and dies. It’s clear your mother caught Covid 19 from you. Since you were not vaccinated, should you be charged with murder or manslaughter?

” I am a writer and as a writer, I do not neatly fit into any category. I have written magazine articles, feature news articles, restaurant reviews, a newspaper column, and several book length nonfiction projects aimed at people interested in particular health problems for foundations and companies. As to novels, I have published some Kindle novels.”
