Favorite SF novel

Sharing is caring!

I got an email asking me about my favorite science fiction novel. It is A Canticle for Leibowitz by Walter M Miller Jr. I first read it as a teenager. I encountered again in graduate school. Amazon sells both new and used editions of the novel, plus it’s available for the Kindle. There are few science fiction novels with the staying power of this one. It’s about the endless cycle of humanity growing up and then destroying itself with war.

” I am a writer and as a writer, I do not neatly fit into any category. I have written magazine articles, feature news articles, restaurant reviews, a newspaper column, and several book length nonfiction projects aimed at people interested in particular health problems for foundations and companies. As to novels, I have published some Kindle novels.”
