Disastrous ruling

Sharing is caring!

Readership has dropped with my last posts. I kind of expected that would happen. The readers who are antiabortion see no harm in the lawsuit brought in Texas. Should that ruling stand, no drug that has been approved by the FDA is safe. For example, synthetic insulin might be banned because someone could claim that it is not natural and therefore harmful. Do you see how the entire system of drug approval would become a nightmare if the ruling stands? It has nothing to do with abortion, but the mess it would make out of the drug approval system of the FDA. It is a system that worked so well that it prevented the drug that caused mutations in babies from being approved while Europe suffered thousands of malformed babies. I’m not sure of the spelling of the name of the drug but it was called thalidomide. We can’t let that ruling stand.

I have written magazine articles, feature news articles, restaurant reviews, a newspaper column, and several book length nonfiction projects aimed at people interested in particular health problems for foundations and companies. As to novels, I have published some Kindle novels.”
