I received the number of questions that read like this, “why are you writing about AI?” The reason is simple – It is the future. Since I am a writer, I have written primarily about the use of AI in writing, but there are many other uses for it out there. There is an image generator, Midjourney. You can give it a bit of text describing a character, and it will return an image of that character. You could use it to who generate a cover for a novel or an image for a short story. Perhaps, you need a simple computer program written in Python. That’s one of the things that ChatGPT will do for you. Do you see how AI will be part of our lives? You might not know the computer language Python, but with AI’s help you can write a program in it. It can help us do things we don’t understand. I understand there are AI assisted programs that will let you write music. I suspect already AI can be used in almost any creative task. That’s why I write about AI.
